Q: How do I return an item? A: Just give the office a call or email office@cloverlandup.com. We handle returns case-by-case, but here is the "legal" side of how it works:

The Fine Print: Cloverland Distributing reserves the right to determine if an item is eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bulk products, special orders, or equipment. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and pickup fees may apply. If you receive defective merchandise, we will handle an exchange to get you a working product.
