Refund policy

Returns only accepted for unopened, unused products. Refunds will be granted within 7 business days of return, pending return acceptance.

Cloverland Distributing reserves the right to determine return eligibility. Opened bulk products, partially used bulk products, or special orders including equipment may not be subject to return. Restocking fees up to 20% may apply. Pickup fees on returns may apply. Defective merchandise is subject to exchange only. Items damaged in shipping are not the responsibility of Cloverland Distributing to remedy. Any items damaged in shipping need to be reported to the carrier and Cloverland will assist as needed with filing shipping claims.
